Google Doodles Ola Rotimi On His PostHumous Birthday

Emmanuel Gladstone Olawale Rotimi, better known as Ola Rotimi, is arguably one of Nigeria’s prolific pioneer playwrights. He was born on the 13th of April, 1938, and passed on in August 2000.

Some of his most popular works include The Gods Are Not To Blame, Our Husband Has Gone Mad Again and Ovonramwen Nogbaisi. He was called “a complete man of the theatre”.
